​You will be encouraged to sit in any position you like which is why we have different props and supplies to help you accomplish this. If sitting cross legged doesn't work for you, your meditation guide will help you find a comfortable position.. ​

“I am not into chanting. Do I have to in order to receive the benefits?
​You do not have to chant unless you want to. That is why we offer a variety of meditation classes for you to choose from. Some may offer chanting and some may not. You may feel like that is a practice you want to do one day and not the next. It is always your choice and what you feel you need at any given time.

"I can't meditate because my mind is always racing and I can’t clear it.”
​While you're sitting in meditation you'll experience the loud chaos of the mind. You’ll begin to notice tons of thoughts, feelings and emotions. The most important part is to notice this loud chatter and then notice how you feel after the meditation. You get to be the observer of the mind rather than identify with it.

“I am not Buddhist or Hindu and I do not ascribe to any religious constitution."
​You do not have to. In fact, we created Younion to be non-denominational and to not ascribe to any given belief structure. Meditation simply means 'prolonged awareness'. Everyone is welcome!
